Any Distance Beyond Our Catchment Will Be Subject To Charge Per Mile. 2 The Vehicle Is The Bought Into The Workshop To Have The Entire Engine Removed From The Vehicle, In Preparation To Be Dismantled.

3 After The Engine Has Been Removed From The Vehicle, The Engine Gets Set Up On An Engine Frame, In Order To Be Dismantled. Once Dismantled, Each Component Will Be Chemically Dipped, And Washed In An Industrial Chemical Wash Acid Tank. 4 Once The Engine Has Been Subject To The Acid Treatment, Each Engine Component Will Be Under Close Inspection And Checked For Any Serious Damage, Before Any Machining Takes Place. 5 After The Inspection Has Been Completed, Our Technicians Will Compile A'Cause of Failure' Report, Which Will Forwarded To The Customer. 6 The Cylinder Head, Will Be Subject To Pressure Testing, Before Being Dismantled And Reconditioned With New Seals & Valves (Note: The Cylinder Head Must Be In A Repairable State, Surcharge Applicable If Cannot be Repaired).

7 The Pistons Will Be Inspected For Any Serious Damage. If They Are In A Usable Condition, We Will Clean Them & Refit Them With Brand New Piston Rings. Note: The Pistons Must Be In A Repairable / Useable State, Surcharge Applicable If Cannot be Repaired. 8 The Connecting Rods Will Be Inspected For Any Damage.

If They Are In A Usable Condition, We Will Refit Them With Brand New Connecting Rod Bearings. Note: The Connecting Rods Must Be In A Repairable / Useable State, Surcharge Applicable If Cannot be Repaired.

9 The Crankshaft Will Be Inspected For Any Damage. If It Is In Usable Condition, We Will Regrind / Polish It & Refit Them With Brand New Main Crank Bearings. Note: The Crankshaft Must Be In A Repairable State, Surcharge Applicable If Cannot be Repaired.

10 Once Each Component Has Been Separately & Successfully Reconditioned, The Rebuild Of The Engine Will Begin From This Stage. 11 When Ours Engines Are Being Rebuilt, Our Technicians Use All Genuine OEM Gaskets Sets. 12 The Timing Chain / Cambelt Also Get Changed For A Brand New Genuine Replacement / Alternative.

13 The Turbos And Intercoolers Will All Be Put Through Thorough Tests. Once Inspected, If They Are Authorised For Further Use By Our Technicians & Are In Good Condition, They Will Be Refitted To The Rebuilt Product.

Electronic And Manual Actuators Will Also Be Tested At This Point As They Are Common To Fail Among Many Brands Of Turbochargers. Note: The Turbos Must Be In A Repairable / Useable State, Surcharge Applicable If Cannot be Repaired. 14 The Rebuilt Engine Is Fitted Back To The Vehicle. 15 New Oil Filter And Renewal Of The Coolant And Oil To The Engine Once Fitted.

16 The Vehicle Will Be Started & Must Run Up To Temperature And Both Coolant & Oil Levels Must Be Monitored. Once Our Technicians Are Satisfied At This Stage, The Vehicle Will Be Authorised To Be Subject To A Road Test To Check All Parameters.
