All of our Electro Services refurbished Dyson cleaners have been refurbished to the very highest of standards, and are offered with a full 12 months guarantee. All work is carried out in our new purpose-built workshop by a professional team of experienced service engineers, and you can be assured of the very best refurbished Dyson cleaner with excellent performance and reliability. First of all, the cleaner is completely stripped down to its individual component parts and each part is inspected for any signs of damage or wear and tear. Any imperfect parts are discarded and replaced with a new part.

All plastic/ABS parts are then thoroughly cleaned using a high-power degreaser and detergent, then deep-rinsed in a high temperature disinfectant bath at 85 degrees centigrade to ensure all traces of dirt and odours are removed. All gaskets and seals are inspected and replaced if necessary. The motor body is individually tested for suction, performance, noise and that it is running at the correct temperature. The cyclone assembly, which is at the heart of the design of all Dyson cleaners is stripped, jetted out with compressed air, then thoroughly cleaned, to ensure 100% airflow and no loss of suction power. When the rebuild process is carried out, the cleaner is tested at all stages of assembly for perfect reliability, and fitted with a new washable filter for low running costs.

The cleaner is engraved with the date of production, tested for electrical safety, and a P. T test label affixed according to U.

A new cleaner head assembly, and a pair of new tools, (a crevice tool and a combination stair cleaning tool / upholstery brush), are fitted to the cleaner. It is then given a final visual inspection and polish and is ready for dispatch.

Some of the parts or accessories we supply with this cleaner may be aftermarket pattern parts, this will in no way affect the performance or reliability of the cleaner. As this is a used cleaner there may be some slight scratches or imperfections which cannot be removed, no matter how thorough the cleaning process. This will in no way affect either the performance or the reliability of your cleaner. The colour of the cleaner you receive may not always match the colour of the one shown in our photos.

All of the Dyson V10 models we supply share the same specifications and there is no difference in performance, or the accessories supplied by us no matter which colour. We recommend the cleaner is plugged into the charger at all times when not in use. This is entirely safe, and will ensure the cleaner is always fully-charged and ready to go. The intelligent charger and battery system will not use any power once the battery is fully charged. Regarding the running time of the cleaner, the official figures supplied by Dyson are.

Low Power - Up to 60 minutes (this is with a non-motorised tool fitted). Medium Power - Up to 30 minutes (again with a non-motorised tool). High Power - Up to 6 minutes. We always recommend the cleaner is used on the lowest power setting, for maximum efficiency and to conserve battery life.

This setting is perfectly fine for every day carpet and hard surface cleaning. The figures supplied by Dyson are of course optimum conditions, and realistically you should expect between 30 to 40 minutes runtime on the lowest setting.

Customers are liable for the cost of returning the cleaner to us during the period of the guarantee.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN YOUR CLEANER TO US FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT HAVING CONTACTED US BEFOREHAND. Please pack the cleaner in the box it was originally supplied in. General everyday wear and tear: clogged cleaner head, choked filter, blockages, etc. Any vacuum cleaner can become blocked, usually by small items of clothing, childrens toys, etc. Dyson cleaners are extremely simple to unblock, and this is covered in the original Dyson user manual. Your Dyson cleaner is designed as a domestic vacuum cleaner and cleaners used in pubs, clubs, restaurants etc will not be covered by our 12 months guarantee. Repairs attempted by any third party will result in the guarantee becoming null and void, unless by prior arrangement. We will not pay for any repairs carried out or attempted by anyone other than our own service engineers.
